AUTO INSIGHT CHECKS REFUND POLICY
At Auto Insight Checks, we want to ensure that our customers have a satisfactory experience with our services. Therefore, we have a Returns & Refunds policy that you should be aware of.

 

Once you receive the reports, you cannot cancel your order. If you have a reason for requesting a refund that falls under our Refund Policy, you have three days from the date of receipt to make your request known to us. Please contact us by sending an email to complaint@autoinsightchecks.com or by using the live chat feature on autoinsightchecks.com

 

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse you within three days of receiving your request. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees.

 

There are specific conditions for returns, such as inaccurate data, reports not received, or being charged multiple times for one report. If you receive defective data in your report, you must provide us with proof, and we will investigate. If the data is incorrect, we will refund your payment within 3-5 working days. However, if the data is correct, there will be no refund.
